As the largest, most capable navy in the world, the United States Navy’s (USN) mission is to uphold to freedom of the seas by maintaining, training, and equipping combat-ready forces. From obscure threats to immediate dangers, the USN has the weapons, tactics, and service elements necessary to keep Americans safe.
Telophase is honored to work with the over 238 year-old, premier naval power to advance the technology and processes of a force that protects from sea to air.
Our Services Provide Real Solutions
The USN is the most multidimensional force serving the nation and it requires intricate services to match. These are some of the individualized projects we’ve completed:
The Secretary of the Navy Council of Review Boards’ (SECNAVCORB) management needed to view case statistics based on a set of predetermined parameters. Telophase filled their individualized void by developing a dynamic, data-driven web-based dashboard that generates ad-hoc and canned reports. With the help of enterprise data warehousing, and leveraging business intelligence functionality, granular data analytics can be performed on the terabytes of data that were cleansed and migrated in the process.
SECNAVCORB’s workflow modernization effort had a goal to become paperless and replace legacy tools and processes with a unified, secure system with rigid access control functionality. Telophase developed a single enterprise-scale web-based application to achieve this for all five of the boards. Through the collaborative tool, 32 Naval hospitals around the nation can generate and share hundreds of Navy and Marine soldier disability review cases each day.
SECNAVCORB now has the capability to gather, process, analyze, integrate, and disseminate case processing data in real-time. With the enhanced ability to perform predictive analysis and future modeling based on historical data, these actionable insights with a high level of data integrity have resulted in expedited case processing times for our service members.
“I was very impressed by the work of the team and the level of effort that has been displayed by the team. I am pleased to say that I know I selected the correct company to take our vision to the next level.”
