The Institute of International Education (IIE) is a world leader in the international exchange of people and ideas. With a mission to advance international education and access to education worldwide, IIE designs and implements programs of study for the entire education system from students to professionals. Beyond our boarders the IIE conducts policy research and provides advising and counseling on international education and opportunities abroad.
Telophase understands that the foundation of our interconnected world is built on our education system. We are proud to work with this independent not-for-profit to make a difference in programs like the Fulbright and Humphrey Fellowships, administered for the U.S. Department of State; and the People, Energy, and Development Program, administered for USAID.

IIE needed critical technical enhancements to future-proof their enterprise systems. The Telophase team took to the challenge by developing and maintaining client-server and web-based software and databases for the Fulbright Scholarship Program. Through the project and beyond, our team is responsible for future development, maintenance, and testing of multiple client-server and web-based applications.
